【Abstract】 In the world,family business plays an important role.Since entering the 21st century,with the arrival of family business succession peak,the family business tradition of academic research has increasingly become the focus.This paper describes the family business at home and abroad,and finds that "inherited his father′s" is still relief method for many family firms.At present,some enterprises have taken business to outside professional managers because of subjective and objective factors.更多还原
