【摘要】 农地整理是实现耕地总量动态平衡的一种有效手段,目前大多数地区将增加耕地面积作为农地整理的主要目标,忽略了生态景观建设。以尚义县七甲乡项目区为例,根据农地整理过程中的生态景观建设原理和保护思路,分析了项目区农地整理过程中存在的忽视和破坏生态景观的问题,提出将激光平地技术运用到土地平整中、建立森林生态系统和生态环境评价与监测体系、加强生物措施的应用等有关生态景观建设的对策,从而实现农地整理过程中的经济、社会、生态效益的有机统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The farmland reorganization proves an effective method of realizing the total farming quantity dynamical equilibrium.However,so many areas have increased the cultivated area as the essential target at present and neglected the ecological landscape construction.This paper takes Qijiaxiang(Shangyi County) project area as an example,adopting the systematic analytic method and the survey procedure to analyze the problems in the farmland reorganization process.It proposes that the laser technology should be utilized for leveling the land,along with establishing forest ecosystem,the ecological environment appraisal and monitoring system,and the related ecology landscape construction countermeasures.In this way can be realized the organic unification of economy,society,ecology in the farmland reorganization process.更多还原
