枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:采用昆明种雄性小鼠按体重随机分4组,分别为对照组(喂饲白开水)和3个实验组即高剂量组(0.084 mL/g)、中剂量组(0.042 mL/g)、低剂量组(0.021 mL/g)。喂饲30 d后,测定血乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原含量和负重游泳时间。结果:运动后小鼠血乳酸含量,实验组比对照组有明显下降;血清尿素氮含量,随所给复合饮料的剂量增大而明显降低;实验组肝糖原含量比对照组明显升高,且随实验组的剂量升高而增高。运动实验指标中游泳实验显示,实验组比对照组持续时间长。结论:枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠具有明显的抗疲劳作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the fatigue resistance action of the compound beverage preparation of Matrimony vine and sea-buckthorn on mice.Methods: Kunming male mice were divided into the control group and the experiment group at random according to weight.The experiment group was subdivided into high dosage group(0.084 mL/g),moderate dosage group(0.042 mL/g) and low dosage group(0.021 mL/g).Fed with plain boiled water for 30 days,lactic acid of blood,serium urea nitrogen,liver glycogen content and weight carrying swimming time were determined.Results: The content level of Postkinetic blood lactic acid of mice in the experiment group was remarkably lower than that in the control group and the content level of serium urea nitrogen dropped significantly with increase in dosage;Liver glycogen content level rose more markedly in the experiment group than that in the control group,rising with the increase in dosage.Exercise experiment index of swimming showed that swimming duration was longer in the experiment group than that in the control group.Conclusion: The compound beverage preparation of Matrimony vine and sea-buckthorn has a notable fatigue resistance action on the mouse.
