【摘要】 目的:探讨谷胱甘肽s转移酶theta 1基因(the glutathione S-transferase theta 1 gene,GSTT1)多态性与新生儿低出生体重的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,收集母亲和新生儿资料,用等位基因特异性PCR方法分析母亲GSTT1基因型,采用Logistic回归法分析母亲GSTT1基因型与新生儿出生体重的关系。结果:调整主要混杂因素前后,GSTT1缺失基因型对低出生体重影响未显示显著相关性(OR=1.357,9 5%CI0.6 9 5~2.6 4 6;OR=2.0 4 7,95%CI0.762~2.854)。结论:母亲GSTT1基因多态性与低出生体重无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the association of genetic polymorophisms of the glutathione S-transferase thetal gene(GSTT1) in mother with low birth weight in neonates.Methods: The case-control study method was used,data of mothers and infants were collected.Allele specific PCR method was applied to examine GSTT1 polymorphisms and logistic regression was used to analyze the association of gentic polymorphisms of GSTT1 gene in mother with low birth weight in newborns.Results: Before and after adjustment for environmental covariates,no significant correlation was found between polymorphisms of GSTT1 and low birth weight(OR = 1.357,95% CI 0.695～2.646,OR = 2.047,95% CI 0.762～2.854 respectively).Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between genetic polymorphisms of GSTT1 gene in mother and low birth weight in newborns.更多还原
