【摘要】 目的:通过全血标本的检测,对SYSMEXKX-21N、ABBOTT CD-3200、BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T5diff三种血细胞分析仪的主要性能进行比较。方法:以卫生部提供的临检室血细胞质量评比液和随机住院病人抗凝全血标本,按说明操作SYSMEXKX-21N、ABBOTT CD-3200、BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff血细胞分析仪进行标本检测,测定白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HBG)、血小板(PLT)总变异系数、准确性。结果:三种仪器的WBC、RBC、HBG的总变异系数相近,而雅培CD-3200血小板(PLT)的总变异系数(4.85%)较大;随机住院病人检测结果经统计学分析表明,差异无统计学意义。结论:SYSMEXKX-21N、雅培CD-3200、BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T5diff血细胞分析仪均可运用于临床检测中,但在临床工作中应注意雅培CD-3200血小板计数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the primary function of 3 kinds of hematology analyzers(SYSMEXKX-21N,ABBOTT CD-3200 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff) by examining anticoagulation blood samples from randomized patients.Methods: 3 kinds of hematology analyzers were employed to measure total variation coefficient and the precision of WBC,RBC,HBG and PLT with quality appraisal specimens from Clinical laboratory of the Ministry of Health and anticoagulation blood samples from randomized inpatients.Results: There was no remarkable difference in total variation coefficient of WBC,RBC and HBG from three kinds of Hematology Analyzers.But total variation coefficient of PLT(4.85 %) from CD-3200 is higher than those from others.Conclusion: SYSMEXKX-21N,ABBOTT CD-3200 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff,three kinds of hematology analyzers,can be applied to clinical laboratory determination,with much attention paid to the platelet count of Abbott CD-3200 Hematology Analyzer in clinical practice.更多还原
