【摘要】 目的:研究梗阻性黄疸家兔血浆中蛋白质电泳变化。方法:复制家兔梗阻性黄疸模型,用淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶薄层电泳检测血浆中蛋白质电泳的变化。结果:血浆蛋白中α1球蛋白组分增多、纤维蛋白原增多;在血红蛋白类物质的三个区带中,有一个区带增多。结论:梗阻性黄疸家兔血浆中蛋白质成分发生明显变化,此变化是否与手术因素、黄疸因素或是机体对手术刺激的应激反应等有关,有待于深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes in plasma protein electrophoresis of rabbits with obstructive jaundice.Methods:Electrophoresis of agarose-starch mixed gel was used in these experiments.Results: There was an increases in α1 globulin and fibrinogen.Among the three electrophoresis zones of hemoglobin,there was an increase in one of them.Conclusions: There are some obvious changes in plasma protein elements of the rabbits with obstructive jaundice.It needs a further study to reveal if this is related to such factors as jaundice,operation or stress.更多还原
