离子交换制备α-溴丁酸型LDH引发剂
PREPARATION OF α-BROMOBUTYRIC ACID TYPE OF LDH INITIATOR PRECURSOR BY ION EXCHANGE
【摘要】 采用尿素水解法在水热条件下制得高结晶度的层状双金属化合物MgAl-CO3-LDH和CoAl-CO3-LDH,通过酸-盐法进行离子交换,转化为NO3-型和Cl-型的LDH.其所具有的较强离子交换能力使得通过简单的离子交换的方法,就可在2-溴丁酸钠水溶液中获得具有2-溴丁酸根双层堆积形式排列的稳定结构的2-溴丁酸LDH复合体.为制备聚合物与LDH复合材料提供了LDH引发剂.
【Abstract】 Well-crystallized MgAl-CO3-LDH and CoAl-CO3-LDH crystals were synthesized hydrothermally using the urea-decomposition method.Crystals were transformed to NO-3 or Cl-salts by ion exchange in acid-salt solutions,and due to high ion-exchangeability of these types of LDHs,2-bromobutyric anion intercalated easily into interlayer by ion-exchange in aqueous solutions.Obtained 2-bromobutyric anion type LDHs had a stable structure with bilayer arranged 2-bromobutyric anion ions in the interlayer.The 2-bromobutyric anion-LDH composite could be an initiator precursor to polymer-LDH composites.
