【摘要】 目的探讨足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足跟皮肤缺损的效果。方法对13例皮瓣移植修复足跟软组织缺损效果进行分析。结果足跟软组织缺损13例皮瓣修复术后创面Ⅰ期愈合。结论足底内侧岛状皮瓣有感觉,耐磨及稳定性能好,易于解剖操作,成活率高,是较理想的修复足跟软组织缺损的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of island skin flap plantaris medialis in repair of heel skin defect.Methods 13 cases of heel soft tissue defect repaired by skin flap transplantation were analyzed.Results The raw surfaces of 13 cases of heel soft tissue defect repaired by skin flap transplantation primaryily healed.Conclusion Island skin flap plantaris medialis can make the patients have feelings,have the good wear-resisting and stability,dissect the operates easily,have the high survival rate and is an ideal method of repairing the soft tissue defect.更多还原
