【摘要】 目的通过检测子痫前期患者血清和羊水中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平,探讨IL-8在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定20例轻度子痫前期患者,22例重度子痫前期患者和30例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)的血清和羊水中IL-8的浓度。结果①子痫前期轻度组及重度组血清和羊水IL-8浓度均高于对照组,重度组血清和羊水IL-8浓度显著高于轻度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②子痫前期轻、重度组及对照组羊水IL-8水平与血清IL-8水平呈较好的正性相关(P<0.01)。结论子痫前期患者血清和羊水中IL-8增高,可能与子痫前期的严重程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of IL-8 on invasion of eclampsism by detecting serum and amniotic fluid level of interleukin-8(IL-8) in patients with eclampsism.MethodsSerum and amniotic fluid samples were collected from 30 cases of normal pregnant women(control group),mild eclampsism group including 20 cases and severe eclampsism group including 22 cases.IL-8 level was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).ResultsThe IL-8 level of serum and amniotic fluid in mild and severe eclampsism group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and severe eclampsism group were significantly higher than those of the mild eclampsism group(P<0.01).IL-8 level of serum correlated positively with that of amniotic fluid(P<0.01).ConclusionThe elevated level of IL-8 may be related to the severity of the eclampsism.更多还原
