无铅雷管系统研究
Research on Detonator Production System without Lead
【摘要】 为了降低铅在雷管产业中的使用量,减小因铅造成的环境污染和人体健康损害,降低生产成本,该文提出"无铅雷管系统"概念,即将传统铅材延期体改为铝材延期体,起爆能力测试使用铁板穿孔代替铅板穿孔。经实验研究表明,铝材延期体延期时间准确,点火可靠,可替代铅材延期体实现雷管准确延期。铁板起爆能力测试穿孔均匀,符合起爆能力检测标准。
【Abstract】 The concept of detonator production system without lead is proponed in this paper.This system can help the detonator industry decrease the amount of the lead,reduce lead pollution and health hazard,low down the cost of production.The concept means that the delay element is made of aluminium instead of lead,and sheet iron can take place of the lead in detonator initiation power test.The experiment presents that aluminium delay element is accurate and reliable,and holes punched on sheet iron are uniform.
