硐室爆破在火区煤矿井采转露采中的应用(下)
Application of Chamber Blasting for Opencast Working Instead of Underground Working in Coal Mine with Fire(Down)
【摘要】 我国95%的煤矿属井工开采,煤炭平均回采率不足40%,大量的煤炭丢弃使得我国煤炭资源日益紧张。为了解决能源日益短缺的局面,神华宁煤大峰矿对该矿回采率极低的井工开采方法首次尝试采用露采方式来提高回采率。通过理论分析和试验研究,解决了高温火区煤矿爆破施工过程中爆破器材的安全问题,保证了高温火区煤矿硐室大爆破的顺利实施。实践证明:硐室爆破是实现火区煤矿井工开采转露采的科学施工手段。
【Abstract】 Underground mining was applyed in ninety-five percent of coal mine in China,and average percentage recovery of coal was no more than forty percent,in result,a mass of coal was thrown away and increasingly short supply of coal resource in China.In order to solved this problem,opencast working was used to instead of underground working firstly as to improve the percentage recovery in Da Feng Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co Ltd.Here by analysing and experiment research,the problem about safety capability of explosives during blasting construction of coal mine with fire and high temperature was solved,and the technique was successed application in chamber blasting in coal mine with fire and high temperature.It is proved,the chamber blasting is the feasible method for opencast working instead of underground working in mining.
