铝合金固相反应法制备陶瓷涂层及其性能的研究
Study on the Preparation of Ceramic Coating on Aluminum Alloy by the Solid Phase Response and its Performance
【摘要】 为了提高铝合金表面的耐磨性及耐蚀性,拓宽铝合金的应用领域,分别在工业纯铝、ZL101表面采用300℃、500℃两种不同的温度,用固相反应法制备以MgO为基料的陶瓷涂层。经扫描电镜分析试样涂层界面形貌,X射线衍射分析其相结构,发现涂层内有MgAl2O4等新的陶瓷复合相,这说明在固化过程中陶瓷粉末与基体、陶瓷粉末之间发生了固相反应。对试样进行耐磨及耐蚀性能测定,发现铝合金表面制备陶瓷涂层后,其耐磨性、耐蚀性得到显著提高。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface of aluminum alloy,to broaden the applications of aluminum alloy,the experiment makes use of the solid phase response to make ceramic coating on industrial pure aluminum and ZL101 surface at 300 ℃and 500 ℃.The main oxide is MgO.By scanning electron microscopy analysis of the sample coating interface morphology,X-ray diffraction analysis of its structure,find the new ceramic phases have been formed in the ceramic coating after sintering,such as MgAl2O4.The result indicates that in the curing process,the solid phase responsion occours between ceramics powder and the matrix,and between ceramics powder.Determination of wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sample,finding the coatings have excellent corrosion resistance and higher wear resistance.
