标准件的代铬电镀工艺
Technology of Substitute Chromium Plating on Standard Workpieces
【摘要】 传统的电镀铬工艺在电镀标准件时,阴极电流效率低,镀速慢,污染大,材料浪费严重,能源消耗大,不易滚镀且生产量小,成本高。而选择用代铬电镀工艺,镀层色泽和耐蚀性可与铬媲美,能源消耗比镀铬低,镀液的深镀能力远胜于镀铬,适用于小零件的常规滚镀生产,经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 Traditional chromium plating processes applied to standard workpieces,have low cathodic current efficiency,deposition velocity and production capacity with the high cost,energy consumption and pollution.A substitute chromium technology has obtained,in which the workpieces has excellent appearance and high crrosion resiatance as same as that of chrome-plating.Furthermore this tecniques has excellent throwing power.It can be applied to the regular barrel plating,which has lower energy consuming and better efficiency.
