超薄玻璃化学钢化的研究进展

【摘要】 随着IT和电子行业的迅猛发展,对厚度小于1mm的超薄玻璃的需求量迅速增大,被广泛运用于手机、DVD面板、平板显示器等。但是超薄化带来的力学强度的降低又极大地阻碍了其在实际生产中的应用。化学钢化能显著提高超薄玻璃的力学性能,因此开展超薄玻璃化学钢化的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。本文介绍了近年来国内外对超薄玻璃进行化学钢化的各类研究的进展与成果,总结了化学钢化的原理和影响因素,并初步探讨了能实用于工业生产的离子交换方法。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of IT and electronic industries,applications of ultra-thin plate glass have involved in much wider fields,especially in mobile phone and LCD production. However,the weak mechanical strength resulted from its very thin thickness has become a severe limiting factor in its application. By chemically-strengthening,the ultra-thin plate glass performs outstanding mechanical property. This paper presents a brief review of the progress and achievement in chemically-strengthened ultra-thin plate glass involving in domestic and overseas researches. The principle and affecting factors were briefly summarized. The method of accelerating the ion-exchange process which can be put into practice were also discussed and reviewed.
