基于ANSYS/FE-SAFE的无人机复合材料机翼疲劳分析
THE FATIGUE ANALYSIS OF UAV COMPOSITE WING BASED ON ANSYS/FE-SAFE
【摘要】 计算了某无人机复合材料机翼的静强度,使用局部应力-应变疲劳分析理论,基于正弦载荷激励,按照累积损伤理论和雨流计数法则,应用ANSYS/FE-SAFE软件,分析了此无人机机翼的疲劳寿命,为复合材料机翼疲劳分析提供了新的分析途径。
【Abstract】 The static strength of UAV composite wing has been computed. Meanwhile,the fatigue life of UAV composite wing has been analyzed based on ANSYS/FE-SAFE software. The rainflow method and fatigue damage cumulative theory have been applied to the formation of load spectrum. Further more,a new way of computing fatigue life of UAV composite wing has been provided.
