【摘要】 针对建立测度"数字鸿沟"的结构模型,通过对已有关于数字鸿沟综合指标体系、测度模型和结构模型等方面研究成果的总结、分析、归纳和演绎,选取了具有典型意义的指标,确定了中国区域数字鸿沟的主要影响因素,运用解析结构模型(ISM)分析法分析其关系结构,构造了一个较为符合中国信息化发展的理想化递阶结构模型,这些结果对于数字鸿沟的测度和政策制定与评价有着重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regarding establishing a structural model for the measurement of digital divide,based on the analysis,summary,induction and deduction of research results of the digital divide integrated indicators systems,measurement models and structural models and so forth,some typical indicators were selected to help determine the main factors for China’s digital divide.Using the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) analysis method to analyze the relationship structure between the main factors,an idealized hierarchical structure model was structured in line with the development of China’s informatization.These results have important guiding significance for measuring the digital divide and policy formulation and evaluation.更多还原
