【摘要】 教育实习是高等师范院校教学计划的重要组成部分,目前我国高等师范院校教育实习工作在身份认定、职能划分、供求比例、工作内容和实习形式等方面存在诸多矛盾。这些矛盾显露出了我国当前在教师教育工作中重理论轻技能、重指导轻参与等问题。针对上述矛盾和问题,应该加强中小学教师对实习的参与、加强师范生生综合素质的培养,加强对实习指导教师和实习基地的管理,以面对新时期高等师范院校面临的机遇和挑战。更多还原
