【摘要】 文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我省高校体育教师参与副教授职称评审的动机与目的进行了研究。结果表明:关于评审动机,大部分教师认为是为了提高专业技术水平,有不少教师认为是为了增加工资,也有部分教师认为是为了提高身份和地位、继续评教授和行政职务晋升;关于评审目的,大部分教师认为可以调动积极性和创造性,也有教师认为可以选拔优秀教师,还有教师认为是高校资源开发和分类管理的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of literature,surveys,statistics and logical analysis,the paper studies the motivation and purpose of physical education teachers participating the professional title evaluation for associalte professor in Shanxi colleges and universities.The results show that:as for the assessment motivation,most of teachers think that could enhance the professional and technical level;many of them think that could increase their income,and some teachers think that could raise their identity and status to get a higher executive post;most teachers believe it can improve their enthusiasm and creativity;some teachers think that can pick up good teachers;a few techers think that is need for college and university resources development and classification management.更多还原
