影响鞋底止滑性能的双因子交互作用

【摘要】 选择4种鞋底材料、4种地面、4种污染物和5种花纹沟槽设计,进行了4因素3重复试验,测定鞋底的摩擦系数COF值。结果表明:各因素以及二因素、三因素、四因素之间的交互作用(p<0.0001)都会显著地影响COF值。对于每一种地面污染物,鞋底沟槽宽度越大,COF值越高;对于不同花纹的鞋底,水污染态下的COF值在所有状态下最高;受水、水和清洁剂混合液、油态污染的瓷砖和玻璃地面的COF值很低;在受水、水和清洁剂混合污染的大理石地面,较大花纹宽度的PU鞋底具有较好的防滑性能。在油污染的大理石地面,1.2 cm沟槽宽度的EVA和PU鞋底具有较好的止滑性;在水和清洁剂混合污染的地面,1.2 cm花纹宽度的PU鞋底的COF值最高;在油污染的水泥地面,1.2 cm花纹宽度的EVA鞋底的COF值最高;对于每一种地面污染物,鞋底沟槽宽度越大,COF值越高;对于不同花纹的鞋底,水污染态下的COF值在所有状态下最高。

【Abstract】 In this study,four sole materials,four road surfaces,four pollutants and five figure trench designs are chosen and done the experiments of four elements and three repetitions so as to test the friction coefficient COF value of sole.The results show that the interaction(p<0.0001) of each element,two elements,three elements and four elements all affect obviously the COF values.For the pollutant on each road surface,the larger the trench width of sole is,the higher the COF value is.For the sole with different figures,the COF value under water pollution state is the highest among all the states.The COF value of ceramic bricks and glass road surface polluted by water,the mixture solution of water and cleaning agent and oil state is the lowest.On the marble road surface polluted by water,and the mixture of water and cleaning agent,PU sole with the larger figure width possessed the better non-skid property(COF>0.7).On the marble road surface polluted by oil,EVA and PU sole with 1.2 cm trench width has the better stop-skid property.On the road surface polluted by water and cleaning agent mixed together,the COF value of PU sole with 1.2 cm figure width is the highest.On the cement road surface polluted by oil,the COF value of EVA sole with 1.2 cm figure width is the highest.For the pollutants on each road surface,the larger the sole trench width is,the higher the COF value is.For the different soles with different figures,the COF value under the water pollution state is the highest among all the states.
