【摘要】 采用综合方法,就社区体育公共服务体系的建设与完善进行系统研究。从时空两个视角了解和掌握社区体育公共服务形成与发展规律及其在各个时期的主要特征,从社会层面总结和分析改革开放30年来社区体育公共服务体系的变化和特点。在总结经验、汲取教训、提炼精神和开拓创新的基础上,进一步明确和预测社区体育公共服务的新任务、新走向和新规律,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,逐步形成满足全体社区成员所需求的社区体育公共服务体系,主动适应中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和全面建设小康社会的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 By integrative methods,the paper does a systemic study on the construction and improvement of the community sport public service system.It finds out the laws and the main characteristics in different periods of the formation and development of the community sport public service from the perspective of space and time,concludes and analyzes the changes and characteristics of community sport public service system during the 30 years of Reform and Opening on the aspect of society.Based on the conclusion of experience,drawing lessons,essence abstract and exploration and innovation,it definitudes and forecasts the new tasks,new tends and new rules of community sport public service,carry out the view of scientific development,form community sport public service system which can satisfy all of the community members gradually,and adapt the demands of the general layout of the Chinese style socialism career and all-round construction of wealthy society initiatively.更多还原
