【摘要】 依托国家社会科学基金项目研究和青海地区的地理环境特征、人口分布、民族成份构成及民族传统体育文化历史的大背景,从民族传统体育的缘起和发展历程的视角,采用文献法、实地调研法、问卷法和专家访谈法等方式,对青海民族传统体育的源流及发展进程进行深入研究,以配合本地区全民健身活动的开展和小康社会建设的全方位拓展,为有关部门制定相关政策,向世人全面介绍和推广本地区民族传统体育文化活动提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on National Social Sciences Funding Project and geographical environment,population distribution,ethnic group constitution and ethnic traditional sports culture and history background in Qinghai,from the perspective of origin of ethnic traditional sports and its evolvement,this paper offers a deep research on the origins of ethnic traditional sports and its evolvement process in Qinghai by means of literature,fieldwork,questionnaire and expert interview, to meet the mass fitness activities in the region and the launching of the allround well-off society building,and to provide reference for the introduction and promotion of regional ethnic traditional sports and cultural activities to the world.更多还原
