城市中心商业区休闲消费实证分析——以北京为例

【摘要】 城市中心商业区在居民消费升级和旅游业的带动下,越来越具有休闲服务功能,推动着原本单一的商业区购物功能向集体闲、购物、观光、娱乐、游憩于一体的多功能商业转变,从而形成新型的休闲商业区。休闲商业是按照休闲需求构建的集商业、娱乐业、餐饮业、服务业及文化产业的多种群商业的组合,是各类休闲设施或服务在空间和规模上的集群,是一种新型商业群。这种新型商业区如何满足顾客需求,顾客有哪些需求,我们以北京为例对此进行实证分析。

【Abstract】 Driven by the upgrade residential consumption and tourism industry,the city central commercial area has more leisure functions,which has promoted the originally single shopping function of commercial area to shift towards a commercial area of multi-functions incorporated with leisure,shopping,sightseeing,entertainment and relaxation altogether and form a newtype commercial area for leisure.The leisure business is a business portfolio built up based on the leisure demand for commerce, entertainment,catering industry,service industry and cultural industry.It is a modern new business cluster with various facilities or services available for leisure in terms of location and scale.In this paper,Beijing is taken as a case study to discuss what customers’ expectations may cover and how these new-type commercial area will meet the customer’s demand.
