【摘要】 《北京城市总体规划》和《都市型现代农业产业布局》明确提出,发展都市型现代农业的"五圈层"布局,坚持开发都市型现代农业的生产功能、生态功能、生活功能和示范功能。2006年12月,北京市委、市政府提出了建设京承高速公路都市型现代农业走廊的4项基础性任务,利用京承高速公路纵贯农业发展"五圈层"的地理优势,在主要干线公路两侧可视范围内,以绿色走廊串连各农业圈层,实施带状经济发展。走廊建设目标和任务列入了北京市政府和新农村建设的重点折子工程。2年来,在北京市委、市政府的正确领导和大力支持下,在全市各有关部门和区县政府高度重视、密切配合,通力协作下,京承高速公路都市型现代农业走廊建设取得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Beijing Urban Master Plan" and the "metropolitan modern agriculture,industrial distribution," clearly stated,the development of urban-based modern agriculture "five spheres," the layout,adhere to the development of modern agricultural production and urban-type function,ecological function,life function and demonstration capabilities.In December 2006,the Beijing municipal government put forward the construction of Beijing-Chengde expressway corridor metropolitan modern agriculture four basic tasks,using north-south Beijing-Chengde expressway agricultural development "five spheres," the geographic advantage,in the main trunk visible side of the road within the green corridor to link the various spheres of agriculture,the implementation of ribbon economic development.Corridor construction of goals and tasks included in the Beijing Municipal Government and the new focus on rural construction projects suriko.Two years,Beijing municipal government’s correct leadership and strong support from various departments in the city and county government attach great importance to the close coordination and collaboration with the Beijing-Chengde expressway corridor metropolitan modern agriculture,construction has achieved remarkable success.更多还原
