【摘要】 为探讨吡格列酮治疗早期糖尿病肾病(糖尿病肾病)的疗效,用免疫比浊法和R IA法测定糖尿病肾病患者血清CRP和IL-6水平。结果表明经吡格列酮治疗20例糖尿病肾病组患者血清CRP和IL-6水平较对照组和DM组显著升高(P<0.01),而且吡格列酮治疗前、后两组患者CRP和IL-6水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。可见吡格列酮对糖尿病肾病患者治疗有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effective treatment of pioglitazone in early patients with diabetes nephropathy(DN),the serum CRP and IL-6 levels in DN and DM patients were tested by RIA.The results showed that the serum levels of CRP and IL-6 in DN patients were higher than that in DM group and control group(P<0.01).The serum CRP and IL-6 levels in DN patients were a significant reduction.There was a significant difference in serum CRP and IL-6 levels in patients before and after treatment with pioglitazone(P<0.05).Pioglitazone may have significantly treatment effect in DN patients.更多还原
