【Abstract】 A new type of bifunctional chelating agent 4,7-bis-chlorosulfophenyl-1,10-Phenanthroline-2,9-dicarboxylic acid(BCPDA) was used in the labeling study of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA).The method of protein measurement,inspection of labeling process and recovering yield in the labeling were carried out by using blood serum protein(BAS) labeling experiment.The results showed that the coloration method of coomassie blue staining might be used to determine the protein content in this labeling process of TRFIA.更多还原
