【摘要】 探讨胃癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胃癌组织中VEGF的表达及二者的关系和价值。采用ELISA法测定胃癌患者血清VEGF水平,采用免疫组化SP法检测胃癌组织中VEGF的表达情况。结果发现,胃癌患者外周血中VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);胃癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示,VEGF在胃癌的生长、发展中起到重要作用。血清VEGF水平与胃癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达率有一定的相关性,可以用血清VEGF水平判断胃癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level and tissue VEGF expression in patients with gastric cancer,the serum VEGF level in patients with gastric cancer and gastric ulcer were detected by ELISA.The expression of VEGF in tissue of gastric cancer and gastric ulcer were detected by immunohistochemical(IHCA) method.The results showed that the serum VEGF levels in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01);the tissue VEGF positive rate in patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results suggested that VEGF would play a significant role in gastric cancer’s growth and development.The serum VEGF level is correlated with the expression of VEGF in gastric cancer tissue.It suggested that the serum VEGF level in gastric cancer might be used to determine the tissues VEGF positive expression.更多还原
