木基SiC生物陶瓷的制备

【摘要】 该文以炭化后的杉木为生物炭模板,通过真空加压法对其内部浸渍一定量的SiO2溶胶,然后在1 450℃高温、氩气保护下煅烧5 h制得含有纳微米棒的碳化硅生物陶瓷材料。使用场发射电镜观察样品的微观结构,发现其胞腔内有直径为100~500 nm、长度不一的竹节状纳微米棒长出。经X射线能谱分析及X射线衍射进一步确认,该纳微米棒的主要物质为碳化硅。同时发现样品的细胞壁上有微米级颗粒状未反应的SiO2存在。

【Abstract】 Wood-based SiC biological ceramic,which contains nano-micro rods,was prepared at 1?450℃ under Ar2 atmosphere for 5?hrs from Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata) wood which was carbonized and then impregnated with silicon dioxide solution.The scanning electronic microscropy images also revealed that some bamboo-like nano-micro rods of 100-500?nm in diameter with different lengths grew inside the lumen of charcoal.The X-ray energy-dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffraction showed that the main component of nano-micro rods was silicon carbon.At the same time,a few unreacted silicon dioxide particles of micron-sized diameter were found on the cell wall of charcoal.
