溶剂抽提对刺槐热诱导变色的影响
Effects of solvent extraction on the heat-induced discoloratin of locust(Robinia pseudoacacia) wood.
【摘要】 为探讨刺槐木材受热后颜色变异的原因,比较了蒸馏水、乙醇、丙酮、1-4二氧六环、氯仿、乙醚及正己烷等7种溶剂抽提对木粉颜色的影响;并对抽提后木粉热处理后的颜色变化进行了色度指数分析。结果表明:极性溶剂抽提可除去相当数量的易于受热改变结构而变色的成分,对刺槐颜色影响大。其中,二氧六环能够抽提出刺槐中较多有色物质和诱发刺槐木材热变色的物质;经二氧六环抽提后刺槐木粉明度最大,受热后明度和红绿轴色品差及总色差变化最小。表明二氧六环可作为研究木材热变色机理的理想溶剂。
【Abstract】 In order to makde clear the reasons of discoloration of locust(Robinia pseudoacacia) wood during a heating treatment,the authors evaluated effects of extraction with seven kinds of solvents,distilled water,ethanol,acetone,dioxane, chloroform,ether and hexane,on the discoloration of locust.An analysis of chromaticity indices on the changes of heat-treated wood flours after extraction showed that polar solvents could easily extract the colored extractives and those liable to discolor in the heating treatment,and had a marked effect on the wood color.Dioxane could extract many colored substances and induce discoloration of wood.In addition,after extracted by dioxane,the brightness of locust meal is the highest,and the variations of ΔL~*,Δa~*,Δb~* and ΔE~* is the smallest after the heating treatment.The results indicate that dioxane is an ideal solvent in the research of wood discoloration mechanism.
