【摘要】 竹子科技园区是科技入户的一种新型模式,它对竹农增收和山区经济发展意义重大。本文以浙江省安吉和遂昌两个竹产区为例,基于120户农户的随机调查,对竹子科技园区建立前后,竹林收入在不同收入组的作用进行了分析;同时通过竹子科技园区不同区域的现金流量表,比较其投资回收期、内部收益率及净现值,最后通过回归模型,定量分析了影响竹林收入的因素。研究结果表明,家庭人口对竹农人均收入负面影响显著,竹林面积、是否划入园区正面影响显著,这进一步表明了竹子科技园区是影响竹林收入的重要因素,园区的建立在提高低收入家庭的收入水平、缩小贫富差距、提高单位面积经济效益、缩短投资回收期等方面发挥了巨大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new approach to introduce the technology to the farmers,the Bamboo Science and Technology Park plays an important role in increasing farmers’ incomes and developing the mountainous economy.Based on investigation of the random sample of 120 households in Anji and Suichang counties,this paper compares the income from bamboo among different income groups before and after establishing the park.The capital pay-off period,Internal Rate of Return(IRR) and Net Present Value(NPV) through cash flow tables in the different areas are compared.Regression model is used to examine the factors contributing to the income.The results indicate household size plays a negative role,but bamboo area and land included in the park have significantly positive effects.It demonstrates that the Bamboo Science and Technology Park do play an important role in increasing income level of the low income group,narrowing gap between the rich and poor,increaseing return and shortening the capital pay-off period.更多还原
