一类新型非晶丝微磁探测器在坦克静态磁场分析中的应用
Application of a Novel Amorphous Micro-Magnetic Sensor in the Analysis of Static Magnetic Field Around a Tank
【摘要】 在了解FeCoSiB非晶丝材料物理特性的基础上,利用傅里叶解析法对非晶丝的巨磁阻抗效应展开分析,对其数学模型进行实验验证.进而探讨基于非晶丝传感元件的高灵敏度微磁物理场探测技术及电路实现途径,并以CPLD芯片为核心设计信号处理电路.实验结果证明传感器在0~1 T的量程内具有较好的线性度,其分辨率可达100 nT.并利用这种新型微磁探测器对地磁场变化的高灵敏性,分析坦克目标静态复合磁场的空间分布及通过特性,提高了数理模型的准确性.
【Abstract】 A novel sensor with detection and signal processing circuit of micro-magnetic physical fields is proposed.The approach is based on the physical characteristics of Fe-Co-Si-B amorphous wires,and the theory of giant magneto-impedance effect and resonant circuit.With improvement in forms and algorithms of magnetic sensor,the circuit ensured the characteristics of high sensitivity,high detection precision,fast response and small power consumption.Experiments showed that the measurement range was 0~1 T and resolution 100 nT.Using the micro-magnetic sensor,the static magnetic field around a tank was analyzed,which improved the accuracy of the model.
