【摘要】 目的分析慢性牙周炎患者治疗前、后牙周袋内硫化物水平的变化及与牙周临床指数的关系。方法对35名慢性牙周炎患者,分别在牙周基础治疗前、治疗后2、6周、3个月时进行硫化物的检测和牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)和出血指数(bleeding index,BI)的检查。对所得数据进行分析。结果治疗前在PD≥4mm或BI≥2的位点,牙周袋内硫化物检出率和浓度明显高于PD<4mm或BI<2的位点(P<0.05);治疗后,硫化物水平和PD、BI均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后3个月硫化物水平有上升趋势,但无统计学意义。牙周袋内硫化物水平与牙周炎严重程度之间有相关关系。在深牙周袋、出血的位点硫化物水平增高,治疗后牙周袋内硫化物水平与探诊深度、出血指数变化一致。结论牙周袋内硫化物水平的检测可反映牙周炎症的严重程度,并可作为判断牙周疗效的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the sulfide levels in periodontal pockets of patient with periodontitis and analyze the change of sulfide levels before and after periodontal nonsurgical treatment.Methods Sulfide levels in periodontal pockets of 35 patients with chronic periodontitis were measured before treatment and two weeks,six weeks and three month after treatment.Clinical periodontal parameters including probing depth(PD) and bleeding index(BI) were recorded at each time point.Results Before treatment sulfide levels were related to pocket depth and bleeding index.PD and BI significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The detectable frequencies and mean level of sulfide levels also decreased at the three time points after periodontal treatment(P<0.05).In the longitudinal observation,a regular variation was found for the levels of intro-pocket sulfide.Conclusion The sulfide levels may be a potential indicator for the severity and activity of periodontal disease,reflecting the correlation with the degree of severity of periodontal disease.The sulfide levels may also be used as a criterion of treatment effect.更多还原
