摄入不同钙量对大鼠釉质结构和龋齿易感性的影响
Effects of different intake of calcium on enamel structure and caries susceptivity of teeth in rats
【摘要】 目的观察摄入不同剂量的钙,对大鼠釉质结构和龋病易感性的影响。方法12只妊娠Wistar大鼠随机分3组,从孕16d开始,分别用含钙量0.07%、0.79%和6.61%的饲料喂养,孕20d母鼠陆续分娩,每组留仔鼠18只,仔鼠21d断乳仍继续食用原饲料。出生30d每组大鼠分别处死3只,取下切牙冠,电镜观察其釉质结构;另15只进行致龋实验,食用高糖致龋食物,接种变形链球菌(1次/周),8周处死,检查并统计各组大鼠磨牙患龋牙数及龋损深度;用F检验比较各组大鼠患龋程度。结果3组仔鼠牙齿萌出和形态正常,电镜观察低钙组釉质表面下呈疏松的多孔性结构,而中、高钙组随摄钙量增加釉质结构较为致密。致龋实验结果表明:各组大鼠龋齿总数和龋均、龋损均数及龋损程度均为低钙组>中钙组>高钙组(P<0.05)。结论大鼠发育期钙摄入量不足,可影响釉质结构,导致龋易感性明显增高;提高钙摄入量,可改善釉质结构,增强抗龋能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of different intake of calcium on enamel structure and caries susceptivity of teeth in rats.Methods Twelve pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups after 16 days of pregnancy,They were fed with 0.07%,0.79% and 6.61% calcium diet for 20 days until the birth of filial rats.Then the filial rats were fed with the calcium diet for 30 days.Three rats were killed in each group,and the crown of their incisors was cut and the enamel structure examined by SEM.Eight weeks later,the rest of 15 rats were killed to observe the numbers and depth of molar teeth caries.Results The porous and loose structure were noted in longitudinal section of low calcium intake group.The number of caries teeth and degree of caries lesions in high calcium intake group were the lowest among the three groups and highest in low calcium intake group.Conclusion Different calcium intake can lead to significantly different caries susceptibility and enamel structure during developmental stages.Increases of calcium intake may improve anticariogenicity and enamel structure.
