【Abstract】 A scientific concept of development was further elaborated at the 17^th National Congress of the CPC and the new requirement has been put forward for the further implementation of the scientific concept of development.It was clarified at the Congress that the laws and policies about energy-saving and environment protection should be improved and disaster prevention and relief should be strengthened to speed up the pace of sustainable development of system and mechanism.It is an urgent task to enhance forest fire prevention to safeguard forest and construct eco-civilization;besides,it is also the objective requirement to deeply implement the scientific concept of development.We should explore and improve the mechanism of forest fire prevention under the guidance of scientific concept of development.更多还原
