浅谈数字环境下高职院校图书馆的队伍建设
On Library Staff Building in Higher Vocational College under Digital Environment
【摘要】 本文从高职院校图书馆队伍现状与数字化需求的差距出发,分析了目前其在思想、管理和机制等方面存在的问题,重点提出了高职院校图书馆加强队伍建设的措施和办法。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the present problems of the thoughts,management and mechanism,on the base of the gab between the digital demand and the present situation of the library staff in.China’s higher vocational colleges.and focused on the measures and methods of strengthening the library staff building.
