【Abstract】 Based on the theory and method of system dynamics(SD),the elementary characteristic and evolution of university-industry cooperation was studied in this paper.According to these analyses,the SD model was set up,which was running with Vensim software.The results of simulation showed that enterprises took the principal part during the cooperation and factors such as invest ratio of R&D had certain effect on the evolution of university-industry cooperation.更多还原
