G50钢的力学性能实验研究
Experimental Research on the Mechanical Properties of G50 Alloy Steel
【摘要】 利用材料实验机、SHPB拉伸装置和冲击试验装置,对G50钢在应变率从10-4~2 000 s-1、室温和500 K高温条件下的静态力学性能和动态力学性能进行了实验研究,对G50钢的抗冲击断裂韧性、应变率效应及温度效应进行了分析。结果表明:G50钢强度高,抗冲击,抗断裂;在高温和动态加载条件下,材料分别呈现温度软件效应和应变率强化效应。根据实验数据,拟合了该材料的Johnson-Cook模型参数。
【Abstract】 The mechanical performance under static and dynamic states of G50 alloy steel were studied at the strain rate ranging from 10-4 to 103 s-1 and the temperature ranging from room temperature to 500 K with split Hopkinson tension bar,static material test and impact experiment system,its anti-impact fracture toughness,strain rate effect and temperature effect were analyzed.The experimented results show that the steel has high intensity,resistances to shock and fracture;the temperature softened effect at high temperature and the strain rate strengthened effect at dynamic loading appear.The Johnson-Cook model parameters of the steel were fit through the experimented data.
