超高速撞击混凝土冲击压力测量与分析

【摘要】 通过试验和仿真手段初步获得混凝土靶体内部冲击压力的测量方法。依据冲击波理论和混凝土材料的应力-应变特性,分析了混凝土超高速撞击过程中的冲击波传播规律。采用高速圆柱弹丸直接撞击混凝土靶体进行载荷加载和靶内预埋锰铜传感器进行冲击压力测量的方法进行了试验,获得了靶体内不同位置冲击压力随时间的变化曲线(混凝土靶抗压强度32.5 MPa,弹丸质量30 g,材料为LC4,撞击速度4.25 km/s);采用AUTODYN软件对撞击过程进行了仿真。结果显示:在相同的条件下,试验与仿真的冲击压力峰值、变化趋势基本一致。

【Abstract】 A measuring method of shock pressure inside the concrete target was obtained preliminarily by testing and simulating means.The shock wave propagation during hypervelocity impact in the concrete target was analyzed based on shock wave theory and stress-strain relation.By using a cylinder projectile to impact the concrete target directly and Mn-Cu transducers embedded in the target,a hypervelocity impact experiment was performed at the testing parameters of the target compression strength of 37.5 MPa,the projectile mass of 30 g,the projectile material of LC4,the impact velocity of 4.25 km/s;the impact process was simulated by software AUTODYN.The simulated results coincide better with the measured peak impact pressures.
