基于仿真的特种车辆方向盘轴向减振器设计研究

【摘要】 针对特种车辆在砂石路面上行驶时方向盘处手传振动很大的情况,根据人体生物力学特点,结合操纵方便性等人机工程学的要求,对所设计的减振器的轴向减振效果在MATLAB平台上进行了仿真分析;并从多学科的角度,对减振器设计参数进行了仿真优化设计。仿真结果表明:这种结构能大大减小特种车辆在砂石路面上的手传振动,提高了驾驶的操作舒适性;同时发现在一定刚度系数条件下;均有一个最佳的阻尼率能使方向盘轴向减振器第一减振阶段减振效果达到最佳,且最佳阻尼率在0.2~0.3之间,变化范围很小。从而证明了对方向盘减振器采用半主动减振的不必要性。

【Abstract】 When armored vehicle runs on the field road,the vehicle’s hand-transmitted vibration at the steering wheel is very hard.Based on the biomechanics character and the human-mechanical engineering require ment such as manipulative convenience,the author simulated the damping effect of the damper in axes with the software of MATLAB and optimized the designed parameters in accordance with the simulated result from views of the multiple subjects.The simulated result shows that the damper can decrease the vehicle’s hand-transmitted vibration greatly when running on the stone road,and improve its manipulative comfort;under a certain stiffness coefficient,there is a optimal damping rate,which changes in a small range from 0.2 to 0.3,to make the damping effect in the first phase optimum.And lastly it was testified that the adoption of semi-active vibration absorbing on steering wheel is not needed.
