【摘要】 [目的]介绍高龄肱骨近端骨折患者人工肱骨头置换的临床经验。[方法]对28例高龄肱骨近端骨折拟行人工肱骨头置换术患者进行围手术期处理,术后评估肩关节功能,采用肩关节疼痛和功能障碍指数(shoulder pain and disabilityi ndex,SPA-DI),进行疗效分析。[结果]术后经6到24个月的随访,平均18.5个月随访,SPADI值分析疼痛评分,活动评分均优于术前。[结论]对高龄患者行肱骨近端骨折人工肱骨头置换术,围手术期的正确处理直接影响手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical experience of artificial caput humeri substitution to senile humerus proximal fracture.[Method] Make peri-operational treatment to 28 cases of artificial caput humeri substitution,appraise shoulder joint function,take SPADI for cure effect analysis.[Result] After being followed up for 6～24m,18.5m in average,the pain score and the activity score were all better than before treatment.[Conclusion] The correct peri-operational treatment directly influences the operational effect for the said patients.更多还原
