【摘要】 [目的]探讨有机磷中毒致迟发性多发性神经病治疗途径。[方法]对19例有机磷中毒致迟发性多发性神经病临床资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]治疗后感觉障碍较运动障碍恢复快,上肢较下肢恢复快,近端较远端恢复快。[结论]提示早期及时诊治,配合功能锻炼,远期效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the therapy to delayed polyneuropathy induced by organophosphor poisoning. [Method]Make analysis by tracing back 19 cases of clinical data. [Result]After treatment, sensation disorder recovered quicker than sport disorder, the upper limbs than lower limbs, proximal than distal.
