图像识别技术在印刷线路板精密测试中的应用

【摘要】 将图像识别技术应用于印制线路板精密检测,构建了印制线路板的精密测试系统,研究了亚像素边缘定位算法,继而开发出一套拥有自主知识产权的印制线路板精密测试软件;最后在自行研发的印制线路板测试系统上进行试验研究,结果表明该系统具有较高的测试精度、可以满足印制线路板的测试要求。

【Abstract】 Image recognition technology is applied in precision measurement of PCB(Printed Circuit Board) to construct the PCB precision measurement system,which was introduced in this paper.The algorithm of sub-pixel edge location was studied in order to improve the measurement image precision,then PCB precision measurement software was developed with independent intellectual property right.At last,measurement experiments were performed based on the measurement system of self-developed,and the results showed that the system has higher precision and could meet the testing request of PCB.
