【Abstract】 The tailing pond of the Ore -dressing Plant of Baotou Steel has been used on high water level since 2006, the safe freeboard is less than one metre.Especially in flood season,it seriously affects safe-running of the tailing pond.So the water height of tailing pond is reasonably decided during the flood season.The warning stage is calculated further to effectively guide the safe technical management.更多还原
