萘乙酸与多效唑对茉莉成花及新梢等生理指标的影响

【摘要】 在茉莉开花前期分别使用不同浓NAA与PP333均匀喷施于植株茎、叶片等生长部位,研究其对茉莉开花的影响,分析测定茉莉新梢叶绿素、可溶性总糖、淀粉含量与α-淀粉酶活性等生理生化指标。结果表明:PP333处理后,茉莉花蕾增多、增大、增重,明显提高花蕾产量,浓度以300mg/L为宜,其产量比对照增加12.95%,而且花期比较集中,其田间香气与对照没有差异;同时,可以提高新梢叶绿素含量,其可溶性总糖、淀粉也迅速积累,α-淀粉酶则先低于对照而后有上升趋势。NAA处理则相反,其新梢叶绿素、可溶性总糖、淀粉含量、α-淀粉酶活性比对照的低。

【Abstract】 Different concentration of NAA and PP333 were sprayed on the stem and leaves of Jasminum sumbac L.at early florescence stage,the effects on Jasminum sambac L.floral bud formation were studied.The physiological and biochemical parameters such as chlorophyll,soluble sucrose and starch content,α-amylase activity,were used in the assays.The results showed that after PP333 treatment the number of flower was added and the flower big and heavy,the yield of flower increased remarkably to 12.95% than those of control,and florescence phase mustered and there were no different for the fragrance in the field.300 mg/L concentration could have the optimum effects.The chlorophyll content increased and soluble sucrose and starch accumulate markedly,after PP333 treatment for the activity of α-amylase;it was lower than control firstly then increased.On the contrary the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sucrose and starch and the activity of α-amylase were lower than the control.
