紫羊茅内源脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量季节变化的研究
Study on Seasonal Variation of Endogenous Proline and Soluble Sugar Content in Red Fescue(Featua rubra L.)
【摘要】 以自然条件下生长的冷季型草坪草羊茅属的紫羊茅为材料,跟踪测定春、秋两季内的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量。结果表明:脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量在春季均表现为逐渐降低,秋季逐渐升高。取材当日的气温与可溶性糖含量之间呈显著和极显著负相关,而与脯氨酸含量间相关表现不显著。
【Abstract】 In the paper,red fescue(Featua rubra L.),a cold-season-type lawn grass that belong to festuca genus,grew naturally.Their proline and soluble sugar content were determined at regular intervals.The results showed that the content of the soluble sugar and the free proline in vivo decreased gradually in spring and increased gradually in autumn.The air temperature at taking sample had significant negative correlation with the soluble sugar content,but inconspicuous correlation with the proline content.
