【摘要】 以石斛兰(Den.SharifaFatimah)幼芽为材料进行组织培养研究。结果表明:苹果是对石斛兰壮苗生根较有效的水果添加物;对具备根、茎、叶分化的小苗可以3 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%培养基采用"一步法"壮苗生根;对于较弱小的丛生苗宜用2 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%及3 g/L花宝2号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%采取"两步法"壮苗生根;鉴于花宝2号的长效性,可选择用于长期保存组培材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Apple was the effictive supplement to the rooting culture of Dendrobium.Regard to the plants which having root,stem,leaf differentiation,it can use HYPONEX NO.1 3 g/L+MS(get rid of major elements)+apple 1.7%+banana 1.7%+potato 1.7% culture medium adopt "the one-stage process" to strengthen the plants taking root.Regard to the thickly plants which growing smaller and weaker,it can use HYPONEX NO.1 3 g/L+MS(get rid of major elements)+apple 1.7%+banana 1.7%+potato 1.7% and HYPONEX NO.2 3 g/L+MS(get rid of major elements)+apple 1.7%+banana 1.7%+potato 1.7% culture medium adopt "the two-stage process" to strengthen the plants taking root.Since the HYPONEX NO.2 has long effective character,may be used for long range preserving a tissue culture material.更多还原
