变色染料/壳聚糖微胶囊的制备研究
Study on the Preparation of CVL/CS Microcapsule
【摘要】 以探索制备变色染料/壳聚糖微胶囊为目的,选取结晶紫内酯(Crystal violet lactone,CVL)为囊芯,壳聚糖(Chitosan,CS)为囊壁,采用离子凝胶法、单凝聚法、复凝聚法进行CVL/CS微胶囊的制备.考察了制备微胶囊的主要影响因素芯壁比、壳聚糖和海藻酸钠用量比、乳化剂、乳化搅拌速度、系统浓度、固化剂及用量、交联时间,并初步确定了其合理的微胶囊制备工艺条件.结果显示出复凝聚法制备的壳聚糖微胶囊较好.当体系中溶质的质量分数在0.2%~0.3%之间,采用Tween-80为乳化剂,其用量为囊芯的6%,乳化速度1 500 r/min,固化剂戊二醛、用量为1 mL,固化交联时间为60 min,芯壁质量比3∶1,壳聚糖与海藻酸钠物质的量之比1∶1时,制备的微胶囊外观规整圆滑,平均粒径在0.5μm左右,囊芯包覆率达到了88.56%.
【Abstract】 In this thesis,the research focused on the aim of exploring preparation of CVL (Crystal Violet Lactone)/CS(Chitosan) microcapsule,by selecting CVL as a core, CS as a shell and then engaging in the preparation of CVL/CS microcapsule by ion tropic gelation process,monophasic coagulation process and complex coagulation process.Through the experiments of comparison,several main factors such as system concentrations,emulsifiable solution,emulsification speed,hardener dose, association time,ratio of core/shell and chitosan/sodium alginate ratio were discussed,and a reasonable preparation process was initially determined.The result shows that the complex coacervation is better than that of others.When the system concentrations is controlled between 0.2 percent and 0.3 percent,emulsifiable solution is Tween-80,which is 6 percent of a core in the aspect of usage,and the emulsification speed is controlled at 1 500 r/min,hardener dose is used with glutaraldehyde,which is 1 mL in the aspect of usage,hardener association time is controlled with 60 min and ratio of core/shell is 3∶1,and chitosan/sodium alginate ratio is 1∶1,the appearance of the form of microcapsule is smooth,and its average diameter is about 0.5 μm,the ratio of coverage of the core reaches 88.56 percent.
