【摘要】 以某货车厂研制的新型4D轴货车焊接整体构架为研究对象,在ANSYS9.0有限元软件中建立完整的构架三维模型,根据UIC510-3规程,分析计算构架的应力分布情况、评估其疲劳强度,得出疲劳薄弱区.采用子模型技术,对疲劳薄弱区的焊接细节结构进行热点应力分析,进一步评价构架的疲劳强度.通过动应力实测编制疲劳薄弱区的应力谱,由S-N曲线和Miner累积损伤法则,预测构架的疲劳寿命.

【Abstract】 Aiming at a welded fame of a new style four-axle wagon bogie developed by some wagon company,a three-dimensional model is established by using the finite element software of ANSYS 9.0.On the basis of the UIC510-3 Rule,the stress distribution of the whole welded frame was analyzed and calculated,and the fatigue strength of the welded frame was evaluated,and the strength weak zone was also obtained.Then,with the submodelling method,the hot spot stress of the local welded detailed structure of the strength weak zone was acquired.Therefore,the fatigue strength of the welded frame was evaluated again.Dynamic stress test was implemented.The stress spectrum of the weak zone was plotted as the wagon run on track.With the help of S-N curve and Miner cumulative damage code,the fatigue life of the frame was finally predicted.
