【Abstract】 As a governmental system in human society,the republic democracy is also the choice and a consensus of all outstanding statesmen in modern China.The republic stresses that of commonality,fairness and neutrality of the government and thus advocates the right checks and balances on the basis of democracy.The core of the republic philosophy is "the world belonging to all",that is to say,the power of state belonging to the people.Diversification is the subject of market economy,which requires a progress of transformation from planned economy to market economy in which the government should conscientiously nurture the diversified subjectivities.Different subjects are no longer opposing elements against each other,but a diversified balance may generate a harmonious society.The public power system should be omnidirectional accessible to the representative classes,groups or communities to achieve the purpose of win-win situation.更多还原
