【摘要】 20世纪90年代后,作为风险评价的一个重要分支,生态风险评价逐渐成为新的研究热点。国际上相关研究已空前活跃,但在中国,生态风险评价还处于起步阶段,目前仅对水环境生态风险评价和区域生态风险评价等领域的基础理论和技术方法进行了相关研究。以此为基础,阐述了生态风险评价和风险管理之间的关系,风险评价首先考虑环境管理的目标,因此生态风险评价的计划有助于评价的结果用于风险的管理和环境决策的制定,而风险管理的结果也可以有效地控制风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the major parts of environmental risk assessment,the ecological risk assessment has attracted more and more attention.International research has become more active than ever,but in China,the ecological risk assessment is still in its initial stage,only the current ecological risk assessment of water environment and regional ecological risk assessment in areas havetheir basic theory and technical methods of research.On this basis,the relationship between ecological risk assessment and risk management become that the goal of risk assessment help making a strategic decision and the results of risk management can effectively control the risks.更多还原
