【摘要】 从项目环境影响评价的局限性出发,简述了目前环境影响评价的研究现状。对"3s"技术的基本组成进行了简要地介绍,指出"3s"技术是地理信息技术的综合应用,论述了"3s"技术在环境质量评价中的优势;从项目环评和战略环评等角度论述了"3s"技术的应用;从主客观两个方面指出目前"3s"技术的不足的同时,明确了今后基于"3s"技术与其他技术的综合应用是环境质量评价研究的发展方向和研究领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the limitation of project environmental impact assessment(EIA),the paper briefly describes the current search situations of EIA.The connotation of "3s" technology and the advantage of "3s" technology in EIA are remarked.The thesis dissertates the application of "3s" technology from EIA and SEA.Simultaneity of pointing the shortage of "3s" technology from subjectivity and objectivity,the paper points the way and studied fields of further EIA is the compositive application of "3s" technology and other technologies.更多还原
